About this Event
The Unwind is a holistic approach to mindfulness. Join us for an evening of meditation, mindfulness, sound healing, and mental health conversation.
We will guide you through the importance of prioritizing your mental health and mindfulness practices and lead you through a sound therapy/meditation experience. The frequencies and breath will help to quiet the mind, release tension, and promote relaxation.
Following the meditation and sound, we will engage with members of the community and create meaningful connections.
This event is open to individuals of all ages and backgrounds who are interested in exploring holistic approaches to mental health. Join us for an evening of healing and renewal.
We are located in the Fine Arts Building, 410 S. Michigan Ave #730, and the event takes place during our monthly Second Fridays open studios event where you can explore all ten floors of creativity and history, and meet the participating tenants who make the Fine Arts Building a home for art in all forms.
