This is a space to gently turn toward that.

To listen… to what’s been living underneath.

Together, in a supportive space, we’ll witness what emerges when we listen for what’s unsaid—both within ourselves and in the field we share.

The Unspoken is a 3-hour immersive gathering where we’ll gently explore the stories, silences, and hidden loyalties that live underneath the surface of our lives.

There’s nothing to force here.
No pressure to share beyond what feels right.

Just a space to listen and to witness what begins to move when something long held is finally felt, seen, or acknowledged.

This is for you if you're curious about:

• How your challenges might be connected to something bigger than you
• Releasing inherited patterns or entanglements
• Finding greater ease, love, and energy in your body, life, and relationships
• Belonging—within yourself, your family system, and the larger systems you're a part of

All are welcome—no prior experience needed. Come as you are.

This work can touch tender places. You’re encouraged to come with a sense of personal support—whether that’s ongoing therapeutic care, trusted relationships, or practices that help you stay resourced.

To make this workshop as accessible and equitable as possible, I’m offering sliding scale pricing. Please choose the option that feels most aligned with your current capacity to give. All tiers receive the same experience and care.

• $45 – Supported Tier: For those who need a little extra support right now.
• $55 – Community Tier: A middle-ground option.
• $65 – (Suggested) Sustaining Tier: Covers the true cost of the workshop and helps keep this work going.
• $75 – Abundance Tier: If you’re able and moved to invest more, this helps support those accessing lower tiers.
