About this Event
Life can feel heavy sometimes. You might not have the words, and that’s okay. What you need most in those moments isn’t advice or judgment, it’s someone who understands.
That’s what Naseeha Foundation’s 24/7 Mental Health Helpline offers:
✅ 100% Free
✅ Anonymous
✅ Faith-informed
✅ Culturally sensitive
✅ Staffed by trained Muslims with diverse backgrounds in mental health
When you call, you’re met with empathy, not expectation. Our trained peer support counselors listen — really listen — and help you make sense of what you’re feeling. It’s Muslim to Muslim, heart to heart.
Join Us for an Evening of Reflection and Purpose
This End-of-Year Fundraising Dinner is your chance to help keep that lifeline strong. Together, we’ll reflect on stories of impact, celebrate community, and support the expansion of Naseeha’s vital helpline services.
We’re honoured to host Shaykh Shoaib Wardak as our keynote speaker, who will share insights on faith, mental health, and the power of showing up for one another.
Join us for a night filled with good food, good company, and heartfelt purpose as we come together to ensure that no one in our community ever feels alone.
Why We Exist
We launched the world’s first 24/7 Muslim mental health helpline because we saw a gap.
There was no safe space to talk. No one was asking how you were really doing. So we built the line we wish exist: a place to be heard, not fixed.
What began as a few volunteers and a couple of hours a week has grown into a lifeline that now answers over 10,000 calls and texts every year. From loneliness to anxiety, from faith questions to family struggles, Naseeha is there, day and night, offering hope, one conversation at a time.
With your support, we can keep being that lifeline for others who feel unseen, unheard, and overwhelmed.
