Built from the ranks of Ottawa’s premier musicians, The Uninvited Guests deliver a powerhouse live experience packed with blistering guitar solos, commanding vocals, deep grooves, driving drums, and the unmistakable soul of saxophone and keys. Their sound blends classic rock, blues, and high-octane anthems into a show that’s equal parts nostalgia, musicianship, and pure crowd-fuelled fun.
This special All-Canadian Rock Revue pays tribute to an incredible lineup of Canadian legends, including Blue Rodeo, The Tragically Hip, Bryan Adams, Neil Young, Stompin’ Tom Connors, Sloan, BTO, Barenaked Ladies, Gordon Lightfoot, Kim Mitchell, Loverboy, Big Sugar, Trooper, Jeff Healey, The Trews, Sam Roberts Band, and many more — a true celebration of what makes Canadian music iconic.
At the heart of the band is Corey Sullivan (lead vocals & guitar), a dynamic frontman known around Ottawa for his raw energy, powerful voice, and commanding stage presence. Marty Sobb (guitar), founder of The Uninvited Guests, brings decades of experience and signature riffs that have made him a fixture of Ottawa’s rock and blues scene. On bass, Dave Schroeder lays down groove-driven foundations with precision and feel, drawing on his deep roots as both a performer and respected music educator. Behind the kit, Matt Sobb delivers pulse-pounding beats with the confidence and fire of a nationally recognized blues-rock drummer. Rounding out the sound, Tony Dunn adds rich saxophone lines and keys, giving the band its soulful edge and unmistakable depth.
Together, these Ottawa music veterans create a live show that’s loud, passionate, and relentlessly fun — the kind of night where the crowd sings every chorus, raises every glass, and leaves hoarse but smiling.
