Join us for an evening of restoration, release, and renewal as we weave together movement, breath, mantra, and sound in community.
We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow guided by Amanda to open the body and quiet the mind. Sacha will then lead you through yin yoga with live sound, inviting you to sink deeper into stillness. From there, Sacha will guide a transformative breathwork journey to awaken healing and release. Next guest facilitator Sim will lead us in mantra, opening the heart and raising vibration, before we finish with an immersive sound bath to ground and integrate your experience.
This 2-hour journey includes:

These practices are designed to calm the nervous system, open and balance energy, release what no longer serves, and create space for deep connection and renewal.
Whether you’re new to healing practices or already on your path, this is your invitation to pause, connect, and journey inward — supported by the synergy of these modalities and the power of community.
What to Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, pillow, blanket, bolster, journal, and any sacred items like crystals or meaningful objects that support your practice.
