THE MEDITATION JOURNEY
Your meditation guide talks you through each step of the journey, as our temple musician creates a soundscape that harmonises each breath, to elevate your journey.
We begin with deep breath rhythm, letting go of any tension.
Next we are guided to change our rhythm of breath, allowing us to shift our consciousness into an altered state of being, that integrates the mind, body & spirit.
Now we can begin to reach out and open the doors to our home of spirit. It is here that we can recognise our complete oneness, as we journey across the bridge that touches both the living earth and the stars above.
Using seasonal specific, iconic symbolism of myth, we create a journey that is a story of belonging, to empower wholeness, well-being, and connectedness.
