The Towers of Kirkcaldy and Dysart The next walk will be on Tuesday 2 December and will be part of the Lang Toun Xmas programme of events. The meeting point will be Volunteer’s Green at 10am.
The distance will be around 10-12 miles. The walking pace will be around 2.5-3 miles per hour.
On this walk we will visit Seafield Tower, Balwearie Tower, Ravenscraig Castle, St Serf’s Tower, The Towers at East Quality Street, Old Windmill Tower and Path House.
Please bring any food / drinks you may need for the walk. We will stop for coffee in Kirkcaldy town centre at the half way point so anyone who wants to do a shorter walk can leave after completing the first section.
Allowing for breaks, we should finish around 3pm.
