The Thriving Women’s Retreats
What would it feel like to live life as your best and truest self?
Maybe you feel that your life has been a little lacklustre, and your achievements and successes don’t feel quite as fulfilling as they used to be. Maybe you’ve been trying to change and transform, but your new habits don’t quite stick.
Join us on our half-day retreats, designed specifically for women to uncover what it means to really thrive. Feel restored, rejuvenated, and be seen and heard in the presence of other powerful women, just like you. Journey through the year with us as we explore three themes to help you live as YOU - the best version of you that you’ve always dreamed about.
Each theme is self-contained, though they will build upon each other. You are welcome to attend any one, any two, or all three themes.
What you get from each theme:
- Tools so you can live as your best self
- Nervous system education, and regulating practices
- Powerful & practical somatic education
Theme One: Cultivating Safety from Within
To truly thrive, we turn our attention inwards, examining why we respond the way we do. Learn about your nervous system, and its responses. Discover what your safety anchors are, and how you can regulate within, and co-regulate with community
Theme Two: Shifting States
When we can acknowledge first where we are at, only then can we shift to our desired states. Learn techniques that help you regulate at your current state, and shift into a state that you desire.
Theme Three: Thriving from My Body
We are all different - discover what thriving means for you specifically. Learn to deepen your connection to yourself, and what you desire to bring you into deeper connection with others. Reflect on the resources that support your THRIVING.
The themes build upon each other, though you are welcome to attend any one, in any order of your choice, any two, or all three if you are called to.
