About this Event
Join us for a guided somatic intimacy workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body, deepen your self-awareness, and build more authentic, grounded connections with yourself and others.
Rooted in Somatic IFS (Internal Family Systems) and embodied honesty, this workshop offers space to notice the parts of us that seek connection while also protecting us from it. Through breath, movement, and gentle partner exercises, we will explore the threads that either pull us closer or keep us guarded.
In this safe and supportive space, we will:
✨ Explore the parts of us that lead from fear, disconnection, or protection✨ Use somatic awareness to reconnect with the body and deepen presence✨ Engage in relational IFS exercises to practice connecting from a grounded self✨ Cultivate trust, intimacy, and embodied honesty in real time
This workshop is for anyone longing to build a deeper connection with themselves and others in a space that honors slowness, truth, and presence.
