This is a LIMITED seating event.
Your ticket is all-inclusive (wine food tax & tip)
How it works:
- We'll have 8-10 bottles of wine (red white & rose) in sleeves (no peeky!)
- Our wine pourer will provide a taste for all attendees
- You'll make evaluation notes on the wine sheet
- After we've tasted them all you'll discuss with your findings with your neighbor
- Then the BIG REVEAL! Wines are pulled out of their sleeves and you'll see the varietals + Pricing.
- SURPRISE! What you thought you liked may not be at all what you really like
- We'll then provide pours of your favorite along with accompanying italian antipasta & pizza
Agenda:
4:30 Arrive for early to hang! (Try to avoid business chat until AFTER the Big Reveal)
5pm The Blind tasting begins
6pm The BIG Reveal
6:30 - 7p we wind down then dismiss
