To kick off our 2026 season we will be having a small tire cash days style shoot out may 2nd. May 3rd if rained out or unable to finish on the 2nd due to unforeseen circumstances.
Chip draw each round pairings and lanes both will be determined by chip. IE: 1R is first pair right lane. Bye chip can take pass in either lane. Must break beams under power if bye is pulled. Finals drivers can flip for lanes or pull chips.
Please either yourself or a crew member come to draw chips at the meet spot after the last pair of round runs. If you are not present the chips will be drawn on your behalf after everyone has pulled chips to keep things rolling efficiently.
Race will be run off the tree and timing system. Pro tree light more than likely.
First is worse for red light and crossing center will be dq. Track/ lanes are super wide but early season will be quite bare asphalt still don’t be an idiot.
Pay out structure
70% 1st
20% 2nd
5% each to semi finalists

We need a fairly quick turnaround between rounds to knock it out efficiently. We will try to be fair but it may get tight time wise due to unforeseen circumstances in that case we will shoot for a 15 minute minimum between rounds.
We are piggy backing a race weekend and a BC real street car drive & race event also is happening this same weekend. If that is something you may be interested in please check their page out for that/ contact Marshall
JR Nelson and the route 99 club has been more than accommodating to let us run this event. That said though it will be busy with spectators and cars stay on your toes. Watch/listen for chip draws and round calls. Use common sense if you see cars from your class rolling up or guys from our class gathering get your butt in gear and follow suite. We will do our best but can’t hold every single persons hand during this. After round calls we will line up in pits in race pairs before rolling up to the lanes. try to keep it easy as possible on the volunteers running the event.
Overnight camping is allowed on site. No excess noise at night as there is some housing on property and we do not want to give the town any reasons to not allow on site camping in the future. Wind it down at night with the noise and music please.
No pit bikes , atvs , carts ,utv’s are allowed to be used on site even during the day and race unfortunately as these are route 99 club rules. No burnouts in the pits or speeding. No alcohol /drug use during the race after the race is over give’r. If you are indulging during the race you will be dq’d and will no longer be allowed to any future events as route 99 club has had issues in the past with all of these things listed above. If planes /helicopters are on tarmac pit area do not touch them or pit close to them. I’m
