🧊 The Thaw: An Inner Child Integration Journey 🤍A winter somatic healing experience for women on Wednesday, February 4th @ 6:30PM

Winter is a season of softening. A time when what’s been held in the body begins to ask for gentleness, presence, integration and completion.
The Thaw is a body-led, somatic healing circle journey for women who feel called to slow down, reconnect with their body’s wisdom and meet a tender part of their inner world (specifically the inner child) that is ready to be met with grounded support.
This is not a space for trauma-dumping or reliving the past. This is a space for density alchemy, nervous-system safety, embodied awareness, meeting what has been carried and what's ready to be integrated through an intuitive body-led journey.
We will descend into a guided, sensory-based journey and explore how to stay present with denser sensations so what has been held can finally soften and begin moving.
This circle is for the woman who:
- Feels deeply
- Is ready to listen to her body's intelligence
- Wants to meet herself with more presence
- Feels the pull to reconnect with her inner child in a grounded, embodied way
- Desires to enter a co-regulated space with other soul-led women

🤍 Reconnect with & integrate a part of your inner child that is ready for integration
🤍 Release & alchemize emotional wounding + density held in the body
🤍 Soften patterns of people-pleasing, avoidance or over-responsibility
🤍 A guided somatic experience to meet density + sensations with truth, compassion and somatic embodiment
🤍 Inner child medicine as a way to rebuild safety in the body
🤍 Gentle integration through movement and presence
🤍 Returning to self with deeper clarity, truth, safety and sovereignty while being held in sisterhood
This is a slow, intentional, winter-aligned experience that honours your nervous system, your cyclical energy, your timing, your body’s wisdom and what is ready to finally be received to complete.

🌿 What to Bring
- Comfortable clothes you can sit & move in
- Water or tea for hydration
- A yoga mat, blanket and pillow for comfort (we’ll be seated in circle for part of the experience on the ground)
- A support object you feel called to bring such as a healing crystal, palm stone
- Eye mask if you have your own
- Your presence
🌹 This experience is guided by Mikayla Chisholm, a trauma-informed somatic guide devoted to body-led healing, intuitive teachings, seasonal wisdom, somatic truth, nervous system regulation, shadow alchemy, soul remembrance and embodied sovereignty.
Mikayla supports women in reconnecting with their body’s wisdom so truth can root, soften and be embodied through every season of change.
