About JD Van Allen:
JD Van Allen is the Lead Designer of Eden’s Refuge, an organization working to help property owners create beautiful, well-planned edible landscapes and community orchards to produce abundant food with minimal upkeep. By working with nature, not against it, JD creates spaces that are both productive and inviting; where fruit trees, berry bushes, and perennial plants flourish with less effort. He has experience working with individuals, community groups, and larger producers, and can easily adapt his design principles to gardens of all sizes.
For those looking for more direction, JD will be selling signed copies of his book, Before The Design: Essential steps before beginning any project, immediately following the presentation.
