The Tay Ho Invitational is a competitive functional-fitness event in an environment that is fun, safe and accessible.It's an exclusive 1 day [dual location] event for Mixed Teams of 4 (MM:FF).
The competition will be between CrossFit Tay Ho athletes and our friends from our closest boxes in Vietnam - who have all been invited to enter a team into each division to showcase their abilities:

3 divisions: RX, Intermediate, Scaled.

We will be building up a vendor-village and have partnered with local businesses and brands in fitness, health and wellbeing who will all be selling their goods and services on the day. We are excited to really bring this unique fitness-festival experience to life in Tay Ho, Hanoi.

A few things for competitors to think about:
- Registration Fee is 3,000,000vnd per team. (750k per athlete)
- You will be contacted to arrange payment upon registration. Slots are not reserved until payment is received.
- Teams that register BEFORE October 7th will get a FREE event Tshirt.
- You will compete in a minimum of 4 events and the top 4 will advance through into a high-stakes winner takes all final.
- We will be releasing workout hints across October.
- If a member of your team registers and then can't make it, wewill allow short notice replacements.
