About this Event
Loss is a Before/After event. Grief is what we call the time and space in which the mind crosses the chasm between What Was and What Is. Specific tasks are part of the grief process. In this two hour small group experience, we'll talk about the grief process and where you are in it. We will use cognitive and narrative techniques to give language and understanding to your experience.
At the end of the class, you will have a grasp on where you are in the grief process, understand what tasks you are engaging with and have a start on the structure of your personal story.
