This is a rare chance to see a true Cardiff punk band back on stage — loud, authentic, and unapologetic. No gimmicks. No nostalgia fluff. Just proper punk rock history brought back.
After decades away, VICTIMIZE are reforming for a handful of Welsh dates before heading to London to play an all-day PunkFest at The Spice of Life in Soho on 21st March.
Emerging from the late-70s punk explosion, Victimize were Cardiff’s leading punk band of the era — raw, loud, and uncompromising. They released two vinyl singles and shared stages with punk royalty including The Lurkers, The Damned, UK Subs, The Skids, and more, cementing their place in Welsh punk history.
Original members Andy Johnson and Roman Jugg are back at the helm, joined by former Victimize roadie and drummer Don Sinclair, reforming as a stripped-back, no-frills three-piece — just as punk should be.
The set will feature all recorded Victimize material, along with a selection of significant covers from the band’s past, revisiting the songs and sounds that defined an era.
