A Holiday Cookie Swap for a Cause
Get ready for the sweetest event of the season! The Sweet Exchange is a community cookie swap that brings together bakers, non-bakers, and local do-gooders to spread kindness... one cookie at a time.
This isn’t just a cookie swap, it’s a give-back event supporting Holiday Helpers, a charity that sponsors families in need during the holidays. Together, we’ll be helping a local family of four have the Christmas they deserve by fulfilling their entire wish list.
✨ What to Expect:
- Cookie swap tables for all guests to enjoy. everyone goes home with a mixed assortment
- Cozy market vibes with local gift-giving vendors and festive music
- Bespoke hot drink station. think cocoa, cider, all the warm stuff
- Raffles, prizes, and jolly surprises
- Holiday Helpers station. see the family’s list, hear their story, sign a well-wish
Whether you’re baking or just showing up to spread joy, expect a full heart and a cookie-filled belly.
🎟️ Tickets:
- Bakers ($15): Bake max 52 cookies total (some for swapping, some for donation). Ticket sales close one week before the event. Final cookie count will be confirmed by email. Limited tickets available.
- Non-Bakers ($30): Come enjoy the event, support local, and join the giving spirit!
This is a not-for-profit event, and every dollar raised goes directly toward supporting our sponsored family. If we’re lucky enough to exceed our family’s full list, any remaining funds will go toward grocery gift cards for other families in need through Holiday Helpers.
