Super RAD Downhill Race🏁⚡
The minimum age for Sport and Expert is 15, but Youth 6+ can register to race in other categories at the discretion of Velo NB based on experience 🏁
All racers must complete one practice run on Saturday before racing. Only one run will be timed after your practice run. This will be your final time.
VELO NB will provide a start list on Saturday. This will be on display at the Registration table.
Attire: Long sleeves, pants, full face helmet - body armour is not required, but highly recommended.
FAQs
Can I register in more than one category? No, VELO NB advises against this, so please only register for one!
Can Youth racers in U15, 13, or 11 receive any support during the race? We are allowing a mentor to accompany the racer up the chairlift, at the start line, and to follow the racer down the track, but not provide further assistance than reassurance and encouragement :)
Do I need a lift ticket? Yes, you will need one. Purchase your lift ticket in advance at poleymountain.com
Can I switch categories? Please email requests to <executivedirector>
