Breathe, Move, Brunch is the first gathering in The Sunday Slowdown Series, a monthly experience hosted by Salon Rae and Narratives Unbound LLC, created to help you gently release the week and reset with intention.

What to expect:

• Mindfulness Practice: Guided session with Community Connector Nafasi Ferrell
• Gentle Movement: Accessible, grounding movement led by Adaeze Medani a NASM-Certified Trainer & Nutrition Coach
• Community Brunch: A nourishing shared meal to connect and unwind provided by Meals by Madeline

This is a pressure-free space to listen to your body, move gently, and be fully present.
