UPLIFT is back this March with two empowering strength training sessions designed to help you feel strong, confident, and supported in a welcoming women-only environment.
Whether you’re new to training or have years of experience, UPLIFT is a space where all women can move, challenge themselves, and build confidence alongside an encouraging community.
Join us for one or both sessions:

📅 March 29th — Full Body
Each class is coached to accommodate all fitness levels, with exercise options provided so everyone can move at their own pace while still being challenged.
Come solo, bring a friend, or meet new gym friends - everyone is welcome! Our goal is for you to leave feeling stronger, empowered, and proud of yourself.
