The Sunday Reset: Mind, Body, and Glow
Step into the Art Gallery of Burlington for an elevated wellness experience designed to soften your nervous system, awaken your body, and leave you feeling radiant from the inside out.
This is an intentional afternoon of stillness, strength, and connection—where meditation becomes an exhale, sound becomes a reset, and movement becomes a return to yourself.
We’ll begin with a 45-minute guided meditation + sound bath led by Nadia Ishmail of Stone and Shadow, then transition into a 50-minute mat-based Pilates class delivered by Club Pilates North Burlington, focused on alignment, strength, and deep core connection.
After class, you’re invited to stay and linger in the gallery’s greenhouse for a sparkling social, including one complimentary non-alcoholic glass of bubbles — a bright and beautiful closing moment to connect and unwind.

EVENT FLOW
8:30 AM — Arrival + Check-In
Arrive early, settle in, and get comfortable in the space.
9:00 AM — Guided Meditation + Sound Bath (45 minutes)
Led by Nadia Ishmail (Stone and Shadow) — a gentle guided meditation while being immersed in a sound bath to restore calm, clarity, and inner stillness.
10:00 AM — Mat-Based Pilates (50 minutes)
Delivered by Club Pilates North Burlington — a grounding, strength-building mat Pilates class focused on posture, alignment, and deep core connection. All levels welcome.
10:50 AM — Greenhouse Sparkling Social
Unwind and connect in the gallery’s greenhouse with a complimentary non-alcoholic glass of sparkling.
Nurse Jordy, owner and founder of The Vine Luxury IV Lounge will be on-site offering B12 injections to help boost energy, support metabolism, and enhance recovery.
Stay for the full social window—or simply linger as long as you’d like.
