The Sunday Reset: Yin Yoga & Yoga NidraSunday 19th April | 10:00am – 11:30am
Join me for a slow and nourishing Sunday morning designed to help you pause, soften and reset for the week ahead.
We’ll begin with a gentle Yin Yoga practice, holding simple, supported postures for longer to release tension in the body and encourage deep rest in the nervous system.
From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra – often called yogic sleep – a deeply restorative meditation that allows the body and mind to fully unwind.
After our practice, we’ll take a little time to sit together with herbal tea and a sweet treat, allowing space to gently return before stepping back into the day.
This is your invitation to slow down, take a breath, and give your body the rest it deserves.
