We hear the Word of God from our guest speaker for the evening, Andrew Rooney."My name is Rev Andrew Rooney, I am married to Steph and we have a two year old who we like to refer to as our ‘Toddler Tornado.’ I have been working for Compassion UK here in Scotland for just over two years and I am privileged to serve as our Church Partnerships Manager which means I get to look after all of our existing church relationships whilst hoping to form and foster new ones. Before coming to work with Compassion I was a Church of Scotland minister for five years in Lanarkshire so I have a real passion to work alongside local churches, to see them grow and flourish and love partnering with them to see children released from poverty in Jesus name."
