We’re creating a space where movement meets music, breath meets energy, and community comes first. This is about showing up, shaking off the week, and starting your Sunday with intention (and loads of fun).
🏃♀️ RUN/WALK TALK
We kick things off with a casual Run/Walk Talk — You can run, jog, or walk
The route is “out and back” and 4km in total, so you go as far as you like, then turn around when you're ready
Mums with prams, walkers, solo cruisers, marathon runners—everyone is welcome and included
🌬️ BREATHWORK
After moving your body, we’ll drop into a short guided breathwork to calm your nervous system and your body. No prior experience needed—just bring your breath and an open mind.
❄️ ICE BATH
Challenge your comfort zone with a refreshing cold plunge. It’s the ultimate post-movement and nervous system reset—energizing, healing, and empowering. Guaranteed to get you in the mood for a dance.
🧘🏼♀️ YOGA
with Jasmine — Held With Love Wellness
A slow, grounding flow designed to settle the body, open the breath, and connect everyone into a shared, steady energy before the rest of the experience unfolds. Jasmine guides with warmth, presence, and clear intention — creating a supportive space for participants to soften, reset, and arrive fully in the moment.
☕️ COFFEE
Because Sundays and good coffee go hand in hand. Grab a cup, connect with the community, and soak up the post-session glow.
🎧 LIVE DJ
Our live DJ will keep the energy high all morning with uplifting beats. Whether you’re dancing or just soaking it in, the music will carry you.
🥗 ADDITIONAL VENDORS
To keep the theme of health and wellness alive, we'll have additional vendors at the event providing healthy food and beverage options for everyone. We will also have some other Fitness and Wellness vendors offering their services on the day.
This is more than just a Run Club - It's a brand new way to Party Come solo or bring your crew. Leave feeling refreshed, reconnected, and ready for the week ahead.
