The Sunday Exhale: Aroma Yoga™ at Rig Hand Distillery
Head out of the city and into a slower rhythm.
Join us for a rejuvenating Aroma Yoga experience with Janelle Ford in collaboration with Saje Wellness, featuring their beautiful Mindful Pocket Collection.
Together, we will intentionally pair therapeutic-grade essential oil blends with movement, breathwork, energy practices and restorative stillness.
Each blend will guide a different part of your journey:

This class is designed to rejuvenate the body, regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and leave you feeling clear, connected and renewed, like the long exhale you feel driving into the country.
Saje Wellness will be joining us in class to share the oils and their benefits, and after class they will be offering a private shopping experience for everyone.
After yoga, stay for brunch, live Toast & Jam music, and time to wander and explore the beautiful grounds, lake, teepee and wood carvings.

Brunch Details
If you are staying for brunch after class, it's a good idea to reserve a table! Please call Rig Hand Distillery at 780-612-1554. And when you are brunching, please let your server know you are with the yoga group so they know to give you your discount.
Before the Event:
Please arrive on time so at least 10-15min before class starts so you have time to get settled and fill out a form.
What to Bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, water, therapy/tennis ball, bolster/pillow, block, blanket for an optional head cradle I will set you up with, a big blanket that covers your whole body, an eye cover/face cloth and cozy socks.
There will be some extra props on hand for you if needed!

Rig Hand is located just 10 min straight east of the airport. If coming from highway 2, take exit 522 and head east!
