The Summit – Handstand is designed for who wants to learn a basic gymnastics foundation and want to understand the structure, balance, and control required to achieve or improve their Handstand Hold and Handstand Walk — without guesswork or random attempts.
This seminar breaks the movements down into clear phases and efficient drills, helping you train smarter and progress with purpose.
