Learn to navigate life's challenges with mettā (friendliness), joy, compassion, and equanimity. This event is a chance to discover how to support ourselves and others, reducing burnout and fostering a caring community.
River Wolton brings a wealth of knowledge from her experiences at Gaia House and various meditation centers across the UK and Europe. She's also the author of "The Subtle Art of Caring: A Guide to Sustaining Compassion," released in 2023.
