These events are limited to people who have competed up to and including 3 times in the past. If you've exceeded this number, please enter one of our sanctioned events. All competitors names will be ran through OpenPowerlifting to check if they've competed before to keep it a level playing field.The novice event will be run to the WRPF Rule book and as per, a singlet, long socks and such will be required.

We will be using a combo rack for Squat and Bench and a Rogue Ohio Power Bar for both squat and bench.
Deadlifts will be done using a Texas or Rogue deadlift bar. (Primarily Texas)
You'll be able to weigh in on the day of the event or there will be two weigh in slots the day prior (9th) so you're able to utilise a 24 hour weigh in.
24HR > 10AM to 11AM, 5PM to 6PM or 8am to 9am on the day.
We will be using the following categories to determine placings and winners.
Open Men – 24 Years old and above
Junior Men – Up to and including 23 years of age.
Open Women – 24 Years old and above
Junior Women – Up to and including 23 years of age.
This event will be ran as open format and raw only.
