Join Jenn Jensen EFT Tapping Practitioner and Jessica Lynn Trauma Informed Life Coach, Reiki Teacher, and Sound Practitioner at Soulsentials for The Stress Relief Reset: An EFT Experience We all navigate stress, the visible, the quiet, the things we talk about, and the things we don’t. Over time, it accumulates.
This workshop offers a place to pause, release some of the weight, and learn an accessible tool you can use whenever life becomes too much.
Through EFT tapping (a gentle blend of acupressure and awareness), you’ll explore how to:
-calm your nervous system
-soften emotional overwhelm
-shift stress patterns from the inside out
-reconnect with a steadier version of yourself
You’ll receive a workbook to help you identify what you’re carrying, create your own tapping language, and track your shifts. You’ll also have the chance (if you want to) to be guided through tapping individually. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how EFT works, a simple process to use on your own, and a grounded sense of relief you can feel in your body.
Enjoy a sound bath by Jessica Lynn at the end to promote ultimate nervous system rest.
Bring a yoga mat and/or blanket and the willingness to give yourself a moment of real support.
