This 3.5-hour, expert-led workshop offers a deep dive into bone health and body composition across the lifespan—going beyond general advice to help you understand what’s happening in your body and what to do next.Together, we will explore:
-Why bone health matters—and how it changes across the lifespan
-Your personal risk factors, and what current screening tools can (and cannot) tell us
-The role of nutrition and supplementation in building and maintaining bone
-How movement and biomechanics directly influence bone strength
-Common misconceptions, including a clear, evidence-based look at hormone therapy
As part of this experience, we’ve partnered with Camosun College Athletic and Exercise Therapy Clinic to offer attendees access to clinical-grade DEXA scans for $100 ($60 savings).
