Join us on Saturday 9th May as we open the doors to The Store House by Enclave: Student— a new way to live, connect and experience student life in Leeds.

This free, daytime festival is your chance to explore the building and get a feel for what life here is all about. Expect a curated programme of drop-in activities, creative workshops and social moments designed to help you meet people, try something new and make the space your own.

The Launch Festival is open to residents, with a limited number of tickets available to students (18+) currently studying in Leeds. Book ahead to secure your place.

Make the most of your day

As you arrive, you’ll pick up your Launch Festival Passport — check in across the building and you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win 1 of 2 x £100 Prezzee Vouchers

You’ll also receive a free matcha, bubble tea or coffee, plus access to all workshops, experiences and food moments throughout the day.

Please note all experiences and complimentary items are subject to availability.

Drop in, explore and stay as long as you like.

Explore the space

From the gym to the rooftop, every corner of The Store House comes to life with interactive experiences:

Lower Ground Floor

• Find Your Fit – jump into quick, fun fitness challenges or discuss your fitness aims with PTs as you explore The Gym.
• The Social Hub – hosted in the Games Room by a drag queen with games, good energy and speed friending sessions.
• Screen Time – a relaxed watch party in our Screening Room with curated short-form TV, popcorn and sweets.

Ground Floor

Creative Studios – drop-in workshops in our Study Spaces where you can make, customise and take something home:

• Upcycle clothing with embroidery - bring your own clothing, or pick up something from us.
• Design your own custom badge
• Create a bespoke, illustrated plant pot and take home a free colourful succulent
• Create a botanical body scrub blend
• Plus your free Matcha, Bubble Tea or Coffee, and Launch Festival Passport check-in point.

1st Floor

• Creator Studio – film content in a show apartment and capture your day.
• Mindfulness Station – pause, reset and recharge with guided audio sessions.
• 9 hole Crazy Golf – whether you’re solo or in a group, take on The Store House Open on our Courtyard Terrace

8th Floor

• World Food Studio – enjoy fresh, made-to-order jumbo sushi (and try rolling your own) with WAKI MAKI in our Private Dining Room
• Rooftop Runway Sketch Session – draw live models to a DJ set against the Leeds skyline on our incredible Roof Terrace, with a drink in hand.

Tickets are free — simply book an arrival slot. Please aim to arrive within your selected time, as entry outside of this window can’t be guaranteed.

About The Store House by Enclave: Student Launch Festival

The Store House by Enclave: Student offers contemporary student living in the heart of Leeds, designed for independence, connection and balance. With a choice of fully furnished studios and ensuite apartments, residents can shape their own experience - whether that’s quiet focus or shared living.

Just moments from the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University, it places students at the centre of city life. Inside, a range of thoughtfully designed spaces - including study areas, gym, cinema, games room and rooftop terrace - support every aspect of student living.

More than accommodation, The Store House is a resident-led environment, with social spaces, events and a dedicated on-site team creating a place where students can live, work and connect with ease.

The Launch Festival celebrates our opening, and is an opportunity to experience and explore life at The Store House. The programme includes drop in creative activities and opportunities to socialise, have fun and connect through shared experiences.

The Launch Festival is open to residents of The Store House, with a number of tickets available to those over the age of 18 who are currently studying in Leeds. Please book a ticket to guarantee your place. Please note that you must be aged 18 or over to attend an event, it is only possible to book 1 ticket per person, and that we reserve the right to cancel any duplicate tickets, or tickets that do not match criteria to attend.

If you book a ticket but then can’t make the event, please cancel so that someone else can book in your place. You’re welcome to try and join the event on the day, but the only way to guarantee your space is to book it! Please arrive during your designated time slot, as you may not be able to enter if you arrive at a different time.

We may take pictures/video at the events that will be used for marketing purposes, by attending you give your consent to be photographed and featured. Please let us know on the day if you don't want to feature in any photos/footage.

Info: Hosted by Secret Garden Cosmetics, blend your own mini body scrub using natural, botanical ingredients in a relaxed, feel-good self-care session, and take home to enjoy.

Info: Led by PTs, jump into fun quick, inclusive fitness challenges designed for all levels - no athleisure wear or trainers required! Explore the equipment, get tips on training and wellbeing, and discover how the space can support your routine.

Info: Hosted by Leeds drag favourite Ash Bestos, expect high energy, games and easy ways to connect — from casual play to Speed Friending sessions designed to spark new friendships.

Info: Step into this private screening cinema and dip in and out of a curated mix of short-form global TV shown on the big screen, alongside complimentary popcorn and sweets throughout.
