About this Event
Have you ever wanted to know how to have a peaceful and happy mind free from stress, anxiety and frustration?
In this workshop, we will gain a clear understanding of the many benefits of meditation and learn how to meditate. We will have the opportunity to practise simple meditations that remove negativity from our mind and enable us to experience real inner peace and happiness.
