There is a version of your life where your body feels safe, your mind is quiet, and you trust yourself deeply.
That's what this space is for.
We gather in person for a guided healing session — a slow, intentional hour to let your nervous system settle and your energy clear. You don't need to come with an intention just a desire to feel calmer, more peaceful and clear.

What to expect:
Each session is held by Heather and Jessy and may include:
Reiki, Emotion Code, crystal healing, and ceremonial cacao — layered based on what the group needs that evening.
The room is warm, the pace is slow, and there is nothing to perform.
Come as you are. Leave expanded.
Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience personal, with seating for up to 10 guests. Sign-up is required and closes the day before the event. If registration has closed but you’d still like to attend, feel free to text to check for last-minute availability.
