Tools for Staying Present & Connected During Big Feelings & Everyday Challenges
Parenting does not come with a manual, and some days can feel especially hard. The Steady Parent is designed to help you understand why kids act the way they do and how to respond with connection, clarity, and confidence.
In this class, you will learn how to stay steady when emotions run high, set limits while remaining kind and firm, help children move through big feelings, and repair after parenting moments do not go as planned. The focus is on building confidence without pressure to be perfect.

Cost: $80 per session. Insurance accepted. Sliding scale available where applicable.
