The Standard Institute: Real-World Readiness Bootcamp (Ages 15+)

The Real-World Readiness Bootcamp is a focused, half-day intensive designed to help young men build discipline, financial awareness, and professional readiness.

This is not a motivational seminar.

It is a structured experience built around practical skills, honest reflection, and clear next steps.

Participants will leave with a printed workbook and a 90-day execution plan.

Young men (15+) who:

• Are preparing for college or the workforce
• Want stronger discipline and follow-through
• Need clarity around money and responsibility
• Are capable but inconsistent
• Are ready to raise their personal standard

Space is intentionally limited to 12 participants to ensure depth and accountability.

During this four-hour intensive, participants will:

• Complete a structured self-assessment on responsibility and discipline
• Build a practical independence and money map
• Learn how credit and financial decisions impact adulthood
• Practice professional communication and mock interview skills
• Create a clear 90-day execution plan

Each participant will leave with a workbook and a written action plan.
