A lot of young men have potential—but struggle with consistency, follow-through, and structure. If you’ve ever found yourself saying things like:
“He just needs to apply himself”
“He starts things but doesn’t finish them”
“He needs more discipline and direction”
…this is exactly who this is for.
This kickoff workshop is the starting point for The Standard Fellowship, a 4-week experience focused on helping young men take ownership, build real structure, and follow through on what they say they’re going to do.
This isn’t a motivational talk.
It’s a clear look at expectations—and a chance for your son to step into something that will actually challenge him.
During the workshop, your son will:
Be introduced to what will be expected of him
Understand how the program works
Start thinking differently about discipline and follow-through
From there, families who decide it’s a good fit can move forward into the full Fellowship.
Who this is for
Young men (16–18) who:
Are capable, but not always consistent
Need more structure and direction
Are getting ready for adulthood and need to take more ownership
Program Schedule
Kickoff Workshop: Thursday, July 9
Weekly Sessions Begin: Tuesday, July 14
We keep the group small on purpose so each participant is known, challenged, and held accountable.
If you’re looking for something that will actually push your son to grow—not just talk about it—this is a strong place to start.
Spots are reserved in advance. A deposit is required to secure your son’s place in the kickoff session.
