The Spring Clearing Mini Retreat is a one day experience designed to help you release the weight of winter and feel held while you come back to yourself.This is not a day for pushing, fixing, or forcing a “fresh start.” It’s a day to soften. To let your nervous system exhale. To be guided through practices that clear what feels heavy and nourish what feels tender, so you can leave feeling lighter, steadier, and more like you again.
Throughout the day, we’ll move through a gentle inner spring clean using restorative yoga, essential oils, and sound healing. We’ll be working with chakra-focused restorative shapes supported by scent and simple chanting to help unwind tension, quiet the mind, and create space where you’ve been holding too much. We’ll also create an exclusive chakra oil blend, a grounding scent you can return to at home any time you want to reconnect with the calm and clarity you found in the room.
You’ll leave this day feeling lighter in your body and clearer in your mind, like you finally had space to breathe again. The kind of reset where your shoulders drop, your chest feels less tight, and you can hear yourself think. Expect to feel more grounded and steady, with a calmer nervous system and a softer relationship to whatever you’ve been carrying. You’ll walk out with a sense of renewal that’s real, not rushed.
