About this Event
Join Nogol Mesgarani, Expressive Arts and Somatic-Informed Therapist, and Hassti Hamidi, Open-Format DJ, for a mindful and immersive evening exploring The Spectrum of Aliveness.
Emotions are living energies, sensations that move, shift, and carry meaning. Guided by music, movement, and art, you will be led through a range of emotional states: what is already present within you, and what can be consciously accessed and experienced. This space holds curiosity, permission, and embodiment, an invitation to engage with powerful feelings in a way that feels grounded, open, and authentic.
“Radical aliveness is the capacity to meet powerful emotions fully, allowing them to be felt without controlling or silencing them.”
You will leave with expressive arts and movement practices to externalize and witness what lives inside you, a felt sense of your own emotional landscape, and a deeper knowing of your aliveness, held within a community container that is safe, embodied, and permission-giving.
Come as you are. Leave knowing yourself more fully.
Meet Nogol Mesgarani
Nogol is a cross-cultural human, Registered Clinical Counsellor, and expressive artist living at the meeting place of psyche, body, and soul. She is devoted to the transformative power of expression — not the polished kind, but the honest kind. The kind that rises from somewhere deeper than thought and lands somewhere truer than words. Drawing from somatic depth and creative embodiment, she creates spaces that are as safe as they are alive — where you can feel what you’ve been holding, move what has been stuck, and remember that your body has always known the way.

What is an Expressive Arts and Conscious Movement Journey?
This Expressive Arts and Conscious Movement Journey is a gentle, guided experience that weaves together conscious movement and expressive arts as pathways for self-expression and inner exploration. Rather than following choreography or artistic rules, participants are invited to move, create, and express freely, allowing both movement and creative processes to emerge organically.
Through music, movement, and facilitated invitations, this practice supports authentic self-expression and embodied awareness. It offers a supportive space to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body, emotions, and imagination. No prior dance or art experience is needed! Curiosity and openness are enough.
