The Speaker’s Series invites attendees to experience Ontario’s rich and diverse history through a collection of engaging, in-person talks that celebrate the people, places, and moments that shape our province. February’s topic recognizes Black History Month with “A Legacy of Leadership: Black Women in Politics, Past and Present.” Join Ontario Speaker Donna Skelly at the Legislative Building, Queen's Park, as she hosts a special roundtable discussion with Associate Minister of Women’s Social and Economic Opportunity, Hon. Charmaine Williams and history-making politicians Dr. Jean Augustine and Zanana Akande. This program will be 90 minutes in length and includes a 30-minute tour at the end of the roundtable discussion.
