About this Event
The Space Between Us: An Interactive Workshop Exploring Adult Friendship
What has shifted in your friendships… and have you had space to really name it?
The Space Between Us is a 4-week interactive workshop series designed for women who are ready to explore the evolving landscape of adult friendship with honesty, depth, and intention.
This is not a drop-in experience.
This is a 4-week commitment (May 9th, May 16th, May 23rd, and May 30th) —because the kind of conversations we’re having require continuity, trust, and care.
Together, we will explore:
- How friendship has changed in adulthood
- What we may be grieving, releasing, or redefining
- Our current relational capacity and boundaries
- What it looks like to rebuild a connection in a way that is sustainable, aligned, and healthy
This experience is rooted in The Friendship Famine, a film, docuseries and research project examining the shifts in adult friendship. As part of this work:
Week 1 will include a recorded, consent-based focus group where participants will have the opportunity to share their lived experiences of friendship. This conversation may be included in the documentary project. Participation on camera is always optional and fully consent-driven.
The following weeks will guide you through intentional reflection and hands-on exercises designed to help you not only name your experience, but begin to move forward with clarity.
This space is for you if:
- You’ve felt a shift in your friendships, but can’t fully explain it
- You’re navigating changing capacity, boundaries, or expectations
- You’re craving deeper, more aligned connection
- You’re ready to reflect, be honest, and grow
We will see together that friendship in adulthood isn’t just about proximity, it’s about intention.
Come ready to reflect.
Come ready to name what’s real.
Come ready to rebuild what’s possible.
