The Space Between is designed to help you build strength, control, and awareness of how you move.
Led by Yoga Pura teacher Kasey Stevens, you’ll break down common transitions in Vinyasa, like stepping forward from Down Dog, lowering with control through Chaturanga, and moving in and out of twisting shapes. The result? More ease, intention, and precision in your practice.
This workshop isn’t about achieving advanced poses—it’s about refining the experience of movement so every practice feels more connected, stable, and efficient.
👉🏼 You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your body mechanics and practical tools you can apply to any class, with a special focus on Vinyasa.
Familiarity with basic poses is recommended. We can’t wait to see you there!
