Join me at Koko Studio - Central Chambers, a calm and welcoming space in the heart of Glasgow, for a one-hour Soundbath using crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and other therapeutic instruments to support your wellbeing.

Many people find soundbaths helpful for easing stress, improving sleep, and emotional balance.

Let the vibrations ease tension in your body, quiet your mind, and bring your energy into balance.

This is a safe space to rest, reset, and reconnect.

There are mats and blankets available to borrow in the studio, but please feel free to bring your own, or anything else you need to feel comfortable.

To keep the space calm and undisturbed, doors will close at 18.55 and late entry will not be possible.
