Sound Meditation (often known as ‘sound healing’) is the practice of listening to soothing sounds to reach profound states of clarity and relaxation. It opens up deep meditative states that are usually unreachable without considerable effort.
During the event, participants lie down and are bathed head to toe in sound— it's a very hypnotic, ethereal experience.
You will come away with a clear mind and a deeper appreciation for the wonder of sound. We strongly recommend this event for people who have trouble meditating, or feel like they just "can't get there." Give this a try 😉.

Guy Douglas, also known as "The Gong Guy" has been a sound healing practitioner and gong master for over 15 years. He has been involved with the healing power of music his whole life from a variety of perspectives: writing, recording, producing, and performing. He values a philosophy of music that helps clear dormant pathways to open the heart. He's on a mission to share these sounds— particularly the gong.with Simona Asinovski

She is a versatile musician, vocalist, percussionist, and multi-instrumentalist, and has been actively pursuing therapeutic applications of sound and music for the past 8 years. Committed to healing and the expansion of consciousness, Amelia facilitates both private and group sound healing sessions using a variety of musical instruments as well as her angelic ethereal voice.
