After so many years of gathering at Grace for a deep experience, we're hungry for an event where we get to relax and connect *after* the sound bath, too.This is that event.
We found an extraordinary property in Sebastopol, with lots of surprises.
The Sound Healing Symphony plays at 6pm to bring you to your deepest state of ease, and peace.
The rest of the day will be dedicated to nourishment, connection, joy and beauty.
We'll be serving (lots) of food,
There will be beautiful spaces to chat & hang,
A teahouse,
An ecstatic dance,
And a ghost town with a mine & a jail (you read that right)
At the newly offered Shangri-La in Sebastopol.
Schedule:
12pm - Arrive
1pm & 2pm - Back-to-back breathwork sound bath sessions
4pm - A big, bountiful meal
6:30pm - The Sound Healing Symphony plays into the sunset
9pm - Ecstatic dance (DJ Lime)
All evening - Tea, warm soup & snacks
The place will be lit up beautifully, inspired by Electric Forest.
You CAN stay overnight on site. Rooms are first come, first serve. Camping on site is also an option!
