The Soulful Strut

Come strut your stuff with the Soulful Strutters.

This is a mindful walk along the Hampton Roads Trail – Suffolk segment. We will use the space to center ourselves through gentle stretching and meditation. We will start with a greeting and connect with our breath and the natural surroundings before stepping into the rhythm of the trail. We plan to walk about 2miles of the trail after excerising on the Kompan Fit equipment.

Info: You will be greeted at the Kompan Fit Equipment.

Info: We will use the Daily Calm meditation app to complete 5min of guided relaxation. If you are a novice, you can watch or participate.

Info: Using an interactive app we will complete a pre workout stretch. You will only complete the stretches you are comfortable with, and modifications will be available.

Info: We will walk the trail for approximately 2mi.

Info: We will complete a cool down stretch at the end of the walk.
