✨ The Soul Space – Family Sound Baths ✨
Step into a calm, cosy space where families can slow down together and simply be.
Our Family Sound Baths are a gentle, shared experience for both children and adults, designed to support everyone’s nervous system. Grown-ups and children settle in together on their mats, lying down or sitting comfortably side by side. This isn’t about perfect stillness — it’s about creating space to soften, breathe, and rest together.
These sessions are currently for children aged 6–12 and their grown-ups, children who are happy to sit or lie down and follow simple guidance.
✨ Baby, pre-school, and teenager sound bath sessions are coming soon, each thoughtfully created with those ages in mind.

This is a space where families are welcomed exactly as they are. Children don’t need to be silent or perfectly still — wriggles, little sounds, and settling in their own time are all part of the experience, and completely okay.
We’ll begin with a simple breathing or mindfulness moment, followed by a short visualisation story to help minds unwind. From there, the sound bath gently unfolds, with soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls and a gong, supporting deep rest for both children and adults.
Parents are encouraged to relax fully too, lying down, listening, and receiving alongside their child. Your calm presence is part of what helps your child feel safe and settled.

✨Practical details
50-minute session — just the right length for growing minds
£22 for one adult and one child (1 adult and one child must be added to the basket before adding any additional mats)
Additional mats: £4 each (max 3 additional mats)
(max 2 adults per child)
Please bring your own mat so everyone is comfy
