Created by the renowned Vertical Joes Twerk Technicians, "The Soul Shake" is a deeply moving journey of self-expression through grounded twerk. This unique class blends elements of dancehall, African, and Polynesian movements, emphasizing grounded techniques and sensual exploration.
Release tension, awaken your inner goddess, and find your rhythm as you connect with your body and explore your sensuality. The Soul Shake is a safe and supportive space to release emotional blockages and cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness.
No prior dance experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.
