Join us Sunday 16th June from 11am to 1pm as we turn up the tunes and groove our way to happiness! Led by yours truly, you'll follow my easy-to-follow moves to some seriously amazing beats, using movement to shake off stagnant energy, and unleash your inner disco diva. 🌟
