We are bringing the industry, the spotlight, and the prizes directly to your community.

THE EVENT
Presented by the award-winning mental health music charity Listen Up Music, The Songwriting Prize is a vibrant community where songwriters share deeply personal stories. This year, our finalists have crafted original works centered around the evocative theme: "The Next Chapter."
Join us for an unforgettable evening where you’ll hear the stories behind the songs and witness some of the finest songwriting talent Tasmania has to offer.

The Judges: A live panel of esteemed industry experts will provide professional feedback on every performance.
The Prize: Finalists will compete for the title of Hobart Winner, sharing in a massive national prize pool of over $50k.
