A day for you to step away from the noise, slow down, and reset your nervous system
About this Event

Somatic Reset is a therapist-led day retreat for women who want to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and take time for themselves.

This is a day just for you.

As women, we spend so much of our lives doing, giving, organising and holding everything together. This day is a chance to step out of that for a few hours and focus on yourself.

Somatic Reset is a grounded, body-based experience that focuses on the nervous system and how stress and emotions are held in the body. Through breathwork, movement, art therapy, sound healing and rest, you’ll be supported to release tension, reset, and feel more settled in yourself.

It’s a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect in a way that feels real and manageable.

You’ll spend the day in a small, relaxed group, with space for your own experience. Sharing is always optional, and you can take part in whatever feels right for you.

What the day includes

• Therapist-led Conscious Connected Breathwork with space for integration

• Art therapy session for reflection and self-expression

• Somatic movement and grounding practices

• Deeply relaxing sound healing

• Time for reflection and journalling

• Nourishing lunch, snacks and refreshments

• A calm, welcoming space in a small group setting

Breathwork and integration

The breathwork session is a core part of the day. Through Conscious Connected Breathwork, you’ll be guided into a deeper state of awareness, helping you move beyond the thinking mind and into the body. This can support emotional release, clarity and a sense of reset.

Each experience is different. Some people feel calm or connected, others experience emotional release or insight.

What’s especially important is the integration space afterwards. There will be time to rest, reflect, journal and, if you wish, share what came up. This helps the experience land and feel more meaningful.

Sharing is always optional, and support is there throughout.

Who this retreat is for

This day is for women who:

• want time for themselves

• value their emotional and physical wellbeing

• enjoy meaningful, reflective experiences

• are curious about breathwork and somatic practices

• want a calm, grounded space to reset

No previous experience with breathwork or retreats is needed.

Therapist-led and trauma-informed

This retreat is led by a qualified counsellor and breathwork facilitator and is held in a trauma-informed way, with choice, consent and safety at the centre.

There is no pressure to share, speak or participate in anything that doesn’t feel right for you.

About your host

I’m Caroline, a counsellor and breathwork facilitator. I run day retreats, workshops and breathwork sessions designed to support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation and deeper self-awareness.

My work is down to earth, welcoming and grounded. I create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel supported.
